The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of Connecticut General Statutes and will take place in Connecticut. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Exclusions from Arbitration:

• You or we may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• The arbitration agreement does not apply to claims related to intellectual property.

Evogic Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any illegal activities. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by Evogic Solutions on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evogic Solutions concerning the use of the Services.
